Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed within 5-7 days unless otherwise noted on product information page. All orders ship Monday – Friday excluding major Holidays.

If an ordered item is out of stock, Action Engineering will contact the customer with an updated total and expected ship date.

All orders are shipped via selected UPS shipping method and shipping prices are figured based on current UPS rates.

*Contact Action Engineering if you would like to use your own carrier for larger orders.
